We understand that tooth extractions have something of a negative and anxiety-inducing reputation. You don’t need to worry about pain, however, as we will always administer anaesthetic before undertaking this treatment. If you have a simple extraction, we will most likely administer a local anaesthetic, which will leave you aware of what is happening but completely comfortable throughout.
You should expect to experience some pain once the anaesthetic has worn off, but in most cases, this can be treated with painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen.
